How much does UK delivery cost?
Standard UK delivery (2–4 working days) is £3.95, and free on orders over £45. Next-day delivery is available at checkout for £6.95 on orders placed before 2pm on a working day.
Do you deliver to Ireland?
Yes. Standard delivery to Ireland takes 3–6 working days and costs £6.95, free on orders over £60. Prices at checkout are shown in GBP; any customs handling is covered by us for orders under the destination country’s duty threshold.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Start a return from the link in your confirmation email, or contact us with your order number and we’ll send a returns label.
Can I return underwear for hygiene reasons?
Yes, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its original hygiene seal and packaging intact. This is standard practice for underwear across UK retailers and keeps returns fair for everyone.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving your return, and will appear on your original payment method within a further 3–5 working days depending on your bank.
